French poultry producer Duc said its consolidated revenue for 2010 went down 3.64% on-year to EUR160.8 million (US$217.5 million).

Chicken sales accounted for 59.26% of the total revenue, while turkey sales represented 23.84% and processed products 10.47%.

In the fourth quarter, Duc registered an increase of 3.06% in revenue on-year. The chicken division grew by 10.5%, while the turkey sales went up 0.6%.

For 2011, the company expects to register a good performance in line with the fourth quarter of 2010 and sees a growth in chicken sales volumes.
