South Korean inspections to US beef plants delayed by "scheduling conflicts"

Long-awaited inspections by South Korean officials on US beef plants have been delayed due to "scheduling conflicts", an anonymous South Korea official told reporters.

The inspectors were to begin auditing US beef plants this week to ensure compliance with Seoul's standards ahead of the scheduled resumption of imports of US beef.
