China Imported 2,400 Tons of Methionine From USA in March 2004

According to China's General Administration of Customs, China imported a total of 6,649 metric tons of methionine in March 2004. Of the total March import volume, 2,400 tons are from United States, 1,917 tons from Japan, 992 tons from Belgium, 400 tons from Germany, 280 tons from France, and 660 tons from Spain.
The accumulative import volume from January to March 2004 is 19,431 tons, the Customs data shows.
