Ukraine's economic ministry appeals to revoke grains certification
Ukraine's Ministry of Economic Development and Trade suggests to annul the compulsory certification of grains and by-products by making the proper adjustments to the Law of Ukraine, "On grain and the grain market".
The relevant provision is contained in the draft law posted on the web-site of the Ministry.
Besides, the document cancels the mandatory certification of services for storage of grains and by-products, and allows their exports and imports without presence of the quality certificate.
The Ministry of Economic Development also offers to allow two grain storage facilities of the country not to insure the grain volumes accepted for storage on a simple or a double certificate, from the risks of accidental loss, damage or loss by the bailer.
