India soy, soyoil futures fall on weak CBOT
Indian soy and soyoil futures fell on early Monday (May 11) tracking weakness on Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) and as traders await a US Department of Agriculture (USDA) report on soy demand and supply on Tuesday (May 12), analysts said.
However, firm Malaysian palm oil limited the losses, they added.
June soy contract on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) fell 0.86 percent to Rs2,715 per 100 kilogrammes.
June soyoil contract was at Rs510.65 per 10 kilogrammes, down 0.29 percent.
July soy futures and July soyoil futures were down during the electronic trade on CBOT.
