Bentoli launches Indian operations with new expertise

US-based multinational specialty feed additive manufacturer Bentoli AgriNutrition has formally launched its Indian operations effective as of Apr 23, 2007. 

 

As part of the company's aggressive expansion plans, Bentoli AgriNutrition India Pvt Ltd has been registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu state. Bentoli AgriNutrition India is a subsidiary of Bentoli AgriNutrition Asia Pte Ltd, Singapore.

 

"The Indian subcontinent is a significant market for our global business and we have been conscientiously preparing in terms of concepts, products and services to launch ourselves for a respectable share in a reasonable time frame. India is a mature market and hence calls for a right set of marketing strategy, sophisticated infrastructure, capable human resources and a clear vision to be successful," stated Dr Kasula Rajasekhar, Vice President, Bentoli AgriNutrition Asia Pte Ltd.

 

Supplementing the note, John Robinson, President, Bentoli AgriNutrition, indicated that the Indian operations would start with a sales office followed by blending of concentrates into finished products supported by services from Singapore.  The goal is to make India one of Bentoli AgriNutrition's manufacturing bases worldwide. 

 

As a first step, Dr Sunil Yadav has joined Bentoli AgriNutrition India as Territory Sales Manager based at Gurgaon, Haryana state, catering to the north and east Indian, Nepalese and Bangladeshi markets. 

 

Dr Sunil Yadav is a popular figure with his technical and nutritional support activities in the poultry and livestock circles of India.  Bentoli expressed confidence that Dr Yadav would help the company achieve its goals in the Indian subcontinent.

 

The company's initial set of products made available for India includes antioxidants, mold inhibitors, digestive enzymes, pellet binders, organic minerals, toxin binders, pigments and direct fed microbials among others.
