Taiwan Sugar Corp seeks US corn, soybeans in tender

The Taiwan Sugar Corp is seeking 23,000 tonnes of corn and 12,000 tonnes of soybeans, both of US origin, in a tender to be concluded on Thursday (May 9), a trader in Taipei said.

Both the soybeans and corn will arrive in Taiwan from Jun 11-25 if they are shipped from the US Gulf. However, if the cargoes are shipped from the Pacific Northwest, they will arrive between Jun 26 and Jul 10.
