Ukraine's corn planting campaign hits 60%

On May 3, corn was sowed on the area of 2.678 million hectares in Ukraine, representing 60% of projected areas.

Currently, late sowing campaign is being fulfilled in Ukraine.

According to commodity market analyst UkrAgroConsult, in 2012 MY corn acreage in Ukraine will amount to 4.37 million hectares.
