ELISA introduces screening kits for milk and milk powder
Press release
ELISA screening kits from Randox Food Diagnostics are now available for the rapid detection of a range of antimicrobial and growth promoting compounds in both milk and milk powder.
The extensive range of testing includes beta agonists (clenbuterol and salbutamol), ractopamine, quinolones, beta lactams, sulphonamides and chloramphenicol.
The one-step sample preparation allows labour to be considerably reduced; and a simple centrifugation of samples is all that is required before application to multiple ELISA kits.
Productivity can be maximised in any milk testing environment with results for up to 40 samples being available in less than 90 minutes. Stated benefits include simple sample preparations, low limits of detections and ease of use.
