Taiwanese soy group purchases 120,000 tonnes Brazilian soy

 

 

The Kaohsiung branch of Taiwan's Breakfast Soybean Procurement Association (BSPA) bought 60,000 tonnes more Brazilian soy bringing total purchases in two tenders on Tuesday (May 8) to 120,000 tonnes from Brazil, European traders said.

 

The BSPA Kaohsiung branch purchased its soy from Columbia Grain at a price of a US$3.3330 a bushel c&f over over Chicago's November soy contract.

 

It was for shipment between June 26 and July 10.

 

In a separate tender on Tuesday, the BSPA Taichung branch had earlier also purchased 60,000 tonnes of soy from Brazil also for June 26 and July 10 shipment from Concordia at US$3.2521 a bushel over Chicago's November soy contract.
