China Whey Weekly: Market quiet, prices stay stable (week ended May 7, 2012)
Chinese buyers withheld procurements after prices increased during the previous week. Nonetheless, traders stood firm even as whey prices dipped in the US market. With imports costs lower and piglet inventories flat, whey prices are seen weak in the coming period.
