ADM to delist from Chicago Stock Exchange

Archer Daniels Midland Co. (ADM) is delisting from the Chicago Stock Exchange, effective in about three weeks.

The Decatur, Ill., food-processing company said a second listing has proven unnecessary given its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

Archer Daniels will continue to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ADM.
