Fourteen Chinese meat and egg processors register in Singapore
Fourteen meat and egg enterprises, which were recommended by the Chinese Certification and Accreditation Administration, registered recently in Singapore.
A total of 67 Chinese canned meat, frozen pork, pork processing or poultry and egg product enterprises have registered in the country.
Singapore imposes strict control over food import enterprises. Apart from the approval required on application materials such as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Singapore also conducts on-spot inspections on enterprises.
