Viet Thang Aquafeed hits net profit of US$1.14 million in Q1

Viet Thang Aquafeed JSC (VTF), which is listed on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, said its net profit of VND23.63 billion (US$1.14 million) in the first quarter increased in contrast to VND592 million (US$28,665) in the same period last year.

Revenues were VND646 billion (US$31.3 million) in January-March, as compared to VND517 billion (US$25 million) in Q1, 2010, VTF said in its quarterly financial report.

The Dong Thap province-based company has a registered capital of VND180.2 billion (US$8.7 million).
