Zhengchang introduces new extruder
 
 

Zhengchang has introduced new extruder SPHS218F for producing a variety of high-grade extruded aquaculture feed and sinking feed.

Zhengchang's new extruder is widely used for extruding of bullfrog feed, weever feed, shrimp feed, and crab feed.

Using a high-precision inverter, the extruder feeds more evenly than regular feeders. It has high capacity, better stability and reliability, and allows for easy access. It also produces a higher curing degree of extruded feed.

SPHS218F has a user-friendly design for steam and water injection, allowing for the detection of flow on-line and for proportional liquid addition. The design of the mixing shaft and blade effectively improves mixing evenness: the extruder can add up to 30% of water and steam for even mixing.

With a variable frequency motor control, the rotary speed of the feeder can also be freely controlled.

In addition, the high-hardness, wear-resistant alloy screws and bushing significantly improves the service life of the extruder components.

The constant clearance between cutters also ensures that the aesthetic appearance of the extruder is maintained.
