Zhengchang introduces improved pellet mill
 

Zhengchang has introduced pellet mill SZLH528 with improvements in blade construction, chute structure and discharging system.

Compared with previous pellet mills from Zhengchang, SZLH528 has optimal paddle blade construction, increasing the conditioning time for better mixing effect.

The pellet mill adopts a gear-type driving system, allowing production to be 15% more efficient than belt conveyors. The design of the gear box and driving system also makes the transmission more stable and reliable. The gears are made of top quality steel with a lifetime of more than 30,000 hours.

Additionally, the chute structure and automatic discharging system have been improved. With the mechanism of outer oil lubrication, die holes are prevented from been blocked. Together with the pneumatic outer discharge of material, these design features assure that the equipment work safely, without leakage and at a high hygienic level.
