Saudi Arabia to set up US$100 million shrimp farm in Yemen
Saudi Arabia is investment US$100 million in a shrimp farm in Yemen.
The investment, to be made by The Saudi Company for Fish, follows its investment on other fisheries marketing projects, said Fahd al-Obaikan, the president of the company.
Relations between Yemen and Saudi Arabia have made impressive improvements, he said.
Minister of Fisheries Wealth Mahmoud Saghiri held talks with the Saudi investors, who expressed a keen desire to implement projects in this sector in Yemen.
