Ukrainian dairy factory posts 2010 loss

Ukrainian dairy factory Chernihiv reports a loss of UAH43.21 million (US$5.4 million) at the end of 2010.

In 2010, the dairy factory closed the year with an increased net revenue, by 22.41% or UAH20.202 million (US$2.5 million) compared with 2009, to UAH110.332 million (US$13.8 million).

Chernihiv dairy factory finished 2009 with a profit of UAH10.173 million (US$1.28 million), having raised its net revenue by 9.06% or UAH7.488 million (US$0.94 million) to UAH90.13 million (US$11.3 million), as compared with 2008.

Molgroup (Kyiv region) owns 19.06% of the enterprise, Milkiland Ukraine (Kyiv), Syr-Trading and Ukrainian Milk House (both located in Kyiv region) hold 19% in the Chernihiv enterprise each.
