On April 28, DuPont declared a second quarter common stock dividend of 41 cents per share payable June 11 to stockholders of record May 14. 

This dividend is the same as what was paid in the first quarter 2010.  This is the 423rd consecutive quarterly dividend since the company's first dividend in the fourth quarter of 1904.

Regular quarterly dividends of US$1.12-1/2 per share on the US$4.50 series preferred stock and 87-1/2 cents per share on the US$3.50 series preferred stock also were declared, both payable July 23, 2010, to stockholders of record July 9, 2010.
