China's methionine imports rise in March
China's methionine imports registered 8,869.72 tonnes in March, up by 3,128.15 tonnes from February.
Average import price in March was US$4.47/kg, higher by US$0.13/kg compared with the previous month.
Belgium (4,660 tonnes), Japan (2,921.72 tonnes) and France (1,159 tonnes) were the three largest exporters of methionine to China during March.
