Czech Republic reports no cases of swine flu
No cases of swine flu have been reported in the Czech Republic but special precautions are being taken at Prague international airport, newspaper Hospodarske Noviny reports Monday (April 27) citing the chief public-health official.
Michael Vit said his office Monday will post signs at the airport describing swine flu's symptoms and asking travelers from Mexico and parts of the US to check for them and, if necessary, to be examined at the airport.
The report added that if the situation becomes worse, Vit will assemble a commission on pandemics. The report also stated that Vit said that Tamiflu and Relenza drugs should work against the swine flu strain.
