Dr Dirk Ehle to head Bayer HealthCare's Animal Health

Dr Dirk Ehle has been appointed as Head of the Animal Health Division of Bayer HealthCare AG effective May 1, 2012, succeeding Dr. Jean-Luc Lowinski.
As divisional head, Ehle will also be member of the Bayer HealthCare Executive Committee.
Dr Ehle, 42 He joined Bayer as an attorney in the Legal Department in 2001. In 2006, Ehle transferred to the Corporate Center, where he was assistant to the Board of Management and was later in charge of Public Affairs. In 2010, Dirk Ehle was appointed Senior Bayer Representative for Central Eastern Europe and Head of Bayer HealthCare in Poland.
Dr Ehle studied law at the universities in Freiburg (Germany), Aix-en-Provence (France), Würzburg (Germany) and New York (USA).
