China's processed pork exports decline by 41 percent
China's export of processed pork declined by 41 percent in volume at 14,300 tonnes and 23 percent in value at US$46 million in the first two months of the year, the Ministry of Agriculture said.
Meanwhile, the processed pork import volume increased by 26 percent at 20.66 tonnes, valued at US$127,800.
China mainly imports processed pork from Spain. Fujian and Guangdong provinces and Shanghai municipality consumes the most bulk of the processed pork imports against other Chinese areas.
