China Whey Weekly: high-protein whey prices give way to persistent slack demand (week ended Apr 23, 2012)
China's whey market weakened further during the period in review. High-protein whey prices, which stayed firm over the past few weeks, were dragged down by persistent slack demand. Since its fall in early April, low-protein whey prices have decreased by almost 9%.
