Processed grain prices in China rises 7.3 percent

 

 

Processed grain prices have grown 7.3 percent in the first quarter this year compared to the same period last year, according to China's state statistical management.

 

Prices for wheat has grown on 5.4 percent while corn has risen 15 percent and soy 4.2 percent.

 

The rise in grain prices has benefited farmers, whose incomes have grown 12.1 percent on-year in the first quarter.
