China Imported 5,054 MT Lysine in March and Exported 2,658 MT

According to China's General Administration of Customs, China imported a total of 5,054 metric tons of lysine in March 2004, up by 78 tons compared with imports in February. Lysine imports from January to March totaled 13,354 tons.

A total of 2,658 tons of lysine was exported by China in March, about the same volume exported in the month of February. Lysine exports from January to March totaled 7,243 tons.
