Deyu appoints new CEO and president

Deyu Agriculture Corp, a Shanxi Province, China-based vertically integrated producer, has announced the appointment of Greg Chen as the new chief executive officer of the company.

Chen previously served as Deyu's president. His predecessor, Jianming Hao, had resigned from the company.

Jan Poulsen was appointed as the current president. He was formerly Deyu's company director.

"Jianming will remain on Deyu's Board and serve as Chairman where he will stay closely involved through the transition to impart his knowledge and experiences in the industry," said Executive Director Hong Wang.

According to Wang, Greg has over fifteen years of international business strategy, development and management experience in various industries.
