Mexico's milk production lags behind demand
Mexican milk output is still 30-35% lagging behind demand and likely to continue for the next decade, as stated by industry officials.
"This difference has to be covered partly with milk powder and partly with other imported products," said Raúl Riquelme Cacho, president of the National Dairy Industries' Chamber (CANILEC).
