China Feb '09 grain imports up from year-ago level
                          


China imported 391,000 tonnes of grain valued at US$1.42 billion in February 2009, an increase from the year ago period.


Meanwhile, the import in January-February reached 730,000 tonnes, valuing at US$2.7 billion.
