Breeding success at Asia's most important feed & livestock industry event
With 5 months to go, LIVESTOCK ASIA 2005 Expo & Forum is shaping up to be the best ever. Preparations are underway for an action packed event which will incorporate an expo, a Regional Ministerial Meeting, 2 conferences, awards ceremony, technical presentations and business matching meetings. Hosted by the Department of Veterinary Services with the support from the Federation of Livestock Farmers' Association, Malaysia, this biennial event is expected to welcome over 6,000 delegates and visitors representing farmers, processors, feed millers, veterinarians and distributors/ retailers to the MIECC, Mines Resort City, Kuala Lumpur from September 27-29, 2005. They include delegations representing major food importers and integrators from Asia including Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, China, Singapore, Brunei, India and the Middle East.
LIVESTOCK ASIA 2005 looks set to be the forum to address the issues and changes facing the industry in Asia today. Major integrators, processors and farmers from across the region will be there to examine new technology and processes to improve productivity, food safety and bio-security.
Widely recognized as the most successful livestock industry event in the region, Livestock Asia 2005 has built up an impressive record of success since its inception in 2001. This is based on the responses from both exhibitor and visitor surveys conducted in 2001 and 2003. No wonder it has established itself 'must attend' event for the livestock industry.
