Decimated feed demand limits calcium phosphate sales in China

Prices continued to fall during the period in review.

As prices of phosphate rocks and sulphuric acid continued to fall calcium phosphate producers readily reduced prices while feed output slowed down, hence decimating the demand for the product.

The sales of calcium phosphate are unlikely to be strong with poultry and hog producers treading prudently. Prices are expected to soften further in the coming period.
