GEAPS meet with grain executives to be more responsive on trends

Grain Elevator and Processing Society (GEAPS) leaders and grain company executives met recently in Arizona to make the organization become more responsive with the industry.

The meeting addressed topics such as the various benefits of attending a GEAPS Exchange, the price and benefits of membership and how to attract and train a new generation of operations professionals.

GEAPS said considerable attention was devoted to how companies provide in-house education and training, and what types of education and training the executives might look to GEAPS to provide.
