South Australian fish farmers want support for inland farms
A group of South Australian fish farmers has called on the state government of South Australia to recognise the potential of their industry.
The Inland Aquaculture Association's secretary, Robin Moseby, says nearly all of the state's aquaculture funding goes into sectors of the industry that that are either already thriving or in the process of collapsing.
He noted there is potential for a strong inland aquaculture industry if more money is made available for research to develop this sector.
