France's InVivo Group to buy Evialis

French agricultural group InVivo is about to buy the French animal feed group Evialis.

InVivo will buy a 38.49 percent stake in Evialis held by French bank BNP Paribas. According to the official statement published last Friday (April 13), the agreement fixes a price of 35.04 euro per action, which account for 35.1 million euro in total. The company will make an offer for the rest of Evialis' shares at the same price in a later stage. InVivo said it aimed to keep Evialis shares listed on the stock market.
