China's soy imports show increase

 
 

China imported 4.01 tonnes soy in March, up 35.9% from 2.95 million tonnes in February, according to the General Administration of Customs.

 

The imports in February slumped 27.6% from the previous month.

 

In the first quarter, the country's soy imports amounted to 11.04 million tonnes, rising 8.7% on-year.
