TOPIGS appoints Alexandr Ievlev as General Manager in Russia

TOPIGS announced the appointment of Alexandr Ievlev DVM as General Manager of TOPIGS CIS in Russia effective April 5, 2013.

Ievlev has broad experience in the agricultural industry in Russia. Before joining TOPIGS, he worked in sales and management for an international feedstuff company.

"I believe that working with TOPGS genetics will allow me to have an impact on the result improvement of pork production in Russia. Yet I also see myself and my input as "fresh blood" that will have a "heterosis" effect on the company results on the CIS market," Ievlev said.

Arno van de Laar, Regional Director of TOPIGS in Europe states, "Akexandr has a broad experience in management and animal husbandry. With these skills he can further build upon and extend the presence and business of our high-quality genetics in Russia and the surrounding countries."
