Biomin Asia team and business partners met at the Biomin Asia Distributor Meeting in Bali to share and learn about new innovation and solutions from Biomin, and to build stronger ties and partnership.

 

More than thirty business partners and employees gathered to learn about exciting new product developments, exchange ideas and contribute their thoughts on what is the true meaning of partnership and how to achieve common success as a team. 

 

''There are four pillars or core values that are critical to our success. They are sustainability, innovation, partnership and appreciation,'' said Erich Erber, founder and chairman of Biomin group as he addressed the participants. ''Partnership is one of the core values. We work closely as a team, both internally within Biomin and externally with our business partners. We treat them like extended Biomin family members.'' 

 

''Staying relevant to changing trends in the food and agribusiness industry, and identifying emerging opportunities before anybody does, allow us to deliver exceptional value to our customers and enable them to stay ''naturally ahead'' of the competition,'' Erich further explains in his presentation.

 

Dynamic interactions and active participation from all delegates were evident as everyone took turns to voice out their opinions during the group discussions.

 

At the end of the event, Biomin rewarded the participants for their hard work by hosting a gala dinner, in true royal Balinese style, at Taman Ayun Temple, also known as the royal temple or ''beautiful garden'' in local language. Villagers of Mengwi district welcomed the attendees to the temple with a grand procession and mystical dance performances.
