Corn Products International foresees lower revenue

 

 

Corn Products International expects earnings per share in the first quarter of 2005 to decline by 35-40 percent from the first quarter of 2004.

 

The company said net corn, energy and freight costs were significantly higher this quarter.

 

Corn Products International is one of the world's largest corn refiners and also supplies food ingredients and industrial products derived from the wet milling and processing of corn and other starch-based materials.
