Minerva S.A reports increase in sales revenue

 

 

For the year 2010, Minerva reported gross sales revenues of BRL3,570,165 (US$2.2 million) compared to BRL2,772,402 (US$1.7 million) for the same period a year ago.

 

Net sales revenues was BRL3,408,205 (US$2.1 million) compared to BRL2,602,119 (US$1.6 million) for the same period a year ago. Operating loss was BRL23,549 (US$14,600) compared to income of BRL68,211 (US$42,400) for the same period a year ago.

 

Net income was BRL22,898 (US$14,200) compared to income of BRL72,900 (US$45,300) for the same period a year ago. EBITDA was BRL266,188 (US$165,500) compared to income of BRL186,800 (US$116,200) for the same period a year ago. Net cash flow from operating activities was BRL200,548 (US$124,700) compared to BRL9,287 (US$5,800) for the same period a year ago. Additions to investments was BRL206,122 (US$128,200) compared to BRL146,851 (US$91,300) for the same period a year ago. ROIC was 18.2% in 2010, versus 10.9% in the previous year. For the fourth quarter of 2010, the company has reported net debt of BRL1,057.6 million (US$657.65 million) compared to BRL799.4 million (US$497 million) for the same period a year ago.
