De Heus acquires South African feed plant
De Heus announced the acquisition of feed producer Horizon Voere in Klerksdorp, North West province, South Africa.
Horizon Voere is involved in poultry, pig and ruminant feed sectors and produces approximately 40,000 million tonnes of feed per year.
De Heus said the acquisition is a part of its expansion in the South African market.
