Omega Bio-Pharma assigns 19 patents to Walcom Group in agreement
 

Omega Bio-Pharma has assigned 19 patents on materials and methods for improving shellfish health to Hong Kong-based animal feed additives maker Walcom Group Ltd. for HK$804,112 (about US$102,889).

The patents are being assigned at cost, Walcom said.

Covered by these patents, Walcom's new product is expected to complete its trials within the next two weeks and should be released for sale soon.
