Arsenal Capital buys DSM Special Products

Arsenal Capital Partners acquired DSM Special Products, a business unit of Royal DSM that manufactures specialty ingredients used in food, pharma and animal feed.

Once the transaction is completed, which is expected in the second quarter of 2008, DSM will be renamed Genovique Specialties and will be based in Sittard, Netherlands.
