Investment firm buys DSM Special Products
 

Arsenal Capital Partners has acquired DSM Special Products, a subsidiary of Royal DSM that manufactures specialty ingredients used in food, pharma and animal feed.

At the completion of the transaction, which is due to take place in the second quarter of 2008, the company will be renamed Genovique Specialties and will be based in Sittard.
