China's methionine import volume lower in February
China's methionine imports in February registered 6,745 tonnes, down by 1,140 tonnes from January's.
Average import price in February was US$2.99/kg, up by US$0.13/kg compared with the previous month.
Belgium (3,300 tonnes), Japan (2,094 tonnes) and France (723 tonnes) were the three largest exporters of methionine to China during the month in review.
