South Korea's Sunjin Group begins feed production in China's Sichuan

South Korea's Sunjin Group's feed production activity in Chengdu, Sichuan province became fully operational last week.

The feed manufacturing facility would churn out more than 10,000 tonnes of high-quality feed monthly, joining an already competitive market.  

Sichuan has more than 1,600 feed companies and abounds in giants of the Chinese feed industry such as China's own Tongwei Group, New Hope Group and Chia Tai Group of Thailand. In such a competitive market, quality and cost are key factors for success and vertical integration model on Sichuan market characteristics is necessary for long-term growth.
