Lysine market weakens in China as producers compete for sales
Lysine prices moved lower the week ending March 22.
Although a handful of producers continued to halt operation, hence limiting the supplies of lysine, prices softened over the week. Trade was light amid slack demand.
Price quotes of 70-percent lysine fell to RMB4.70-5.20 /kg.
