Perdue Farms recalls meat products on undeclared allergen

Perdue Farms, in cooperation with USDA, has voluntarily recalled 1,296 cases of 16-ounce Perdue^® Sweet Italian Lean Turkey Sausage Links due to an undeclared milk allergen.

The only Perdue^® product impacted by this recall is UPC (bar code) 72745-10301.

The recalled product also bears the establishment number "EST. -286" inside the USDA mark of inspection on the front of the package. Each label will also bear a "Use By" date of March 30, 2010 or before.

Perdue^® Sweet Italian Lean Turkey Sausage products were sold at various retail outlets. No other Perdue^® products are included in this recall.
