China imports less methionine in February
China's methionine imports in February registered 4,755 tonnes, down 9.6 percent from January, or a fall of 6.5 percent on-year.
For the month of February 2007, the imports were worth about US$11.163 million.
Import volume from Belgium was almost unchanged from January, while those from France and the US dropped significantly. Shipments from Russia rose slightly compared with January.
