South Korea MFG, NOFI seek 52,500 million tonnes US corn in tender

South Korea's Major Feed mill Group, or MFG, and Nonghyup Feed Inc., or NOFI, plan to jointly buy a total of 52,500 tonnes of US corn in a tender to be held at 0730 GMT Tuesday, a Seoul-based trader said.

MFG and NOFI are seeking one cargo of US corn to be shipped to the port of Incheon May 25, the trader said.

NOFI will be taking around half of the cargo, the trader added.

Purina, a member of MFG, will be holding the tender.
