China Fishmeal Weekly: Prices soften amid ample supply, light trade (week ended Mar 20, 2014)
Stockpiles of fishmeal at Chinese ports reached 200,000 tonnes, a surge of 60% on-year. However, sales remained sluggish amid low demand, pushing down prices in all regions by RMB200/tonne. Prices of prime-grade products fell to RMB9,800/tonne to RMB9,900/tonne.
